How To Obtain The DENS™ Software
The Treatment Research Institute provides the DENS™ ASI Software to treatment programs and researchers. Please note the software is designed to be installed on individual PCs and cannot be networked. The one-time fee is $50.00 covering the cost of CD production, shipping and handling. (PA residents: add sales tax for a total fee of $53.50).
You can make the payment by sending a check (made out to the Treatment Research Institute) or online.
To request a copy of the software draft a Letter of Intent on your organization's letterhead that explains how you plan to use the software, with what population, a brief description of your program, and your phone and fax numbers. Address the letter to Ms. Meghan Love, Senior Program Manager.
If you choose the online payment, please fax this letter to 215-399-0987 (Attention Kristin Glodek-Ostergaard) or if you choose the check payment, please mail this letter together with your check to:

When we receive your letter and payment, we will fax you a Letter of Agreement. Once you complete and return your signed Letter of Agreement, we will mail out the software with installation instructions and a User's Manual. Due to a high volume of requests, the process of obtaining the software takes 2-3 weeks.
Please note that the software has the following minimum system requirements:
Pentium II Processor or higher
Microsoft Windows XP SP1 or 2000 SP3
Minimum RAM: 128 MB (256 MB Recommended)
Minimum hard drive space required: 40 MB
Minimum display resolution: 800x600
CD-ROM or DVD-ROM
3 ½ Floppy Disk drive for database backup
The software has not been tested on Windows Vista or Windows 7. It may work, but we have not tested it, and can not provide support if you install DENS on this operating system.
